Return & Refund Policy

At Rose Charms, your satisfaction with our products is our top priority. If you have any concerns about your purchase, please review our Return and Refund Policy below:

1. Delivery / Shipping Policy

1.1 We Deliver Our Products to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ajman, shipping will be done by our own team.

1.2 Delivery time shall be as per the scheduled time and date of delivery from the client mentioned while purchasing, and the delivery fee structure between (30 - 100 AED) depends on the customer's requested time of delivery.

2. Returns

2.1. Eligibility:

Returns are accepted within 30 - 60 minutes from the date and time of delivery.

2.2. Conditions for Return:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2.3. Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items, such as personalized or perishable goods, are non-returnable.

3. Refunds

3.1.  We guarantee a refund in cases where:

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
  • Duplicate orders were made and you informed us about it

We do not guarantee a refund in cases where:

  • Items already Prepared, shipped and received
  • Delivery to incorrect addresses due to false/incorrect information [Our team will make a re-delivery attempt though]
  • Unsuccessful deliveries due to the recipient’s absence
  • Product quality issues due to incorrect delivery address or re-route by the customer/sender/you
  • Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient
  • The recipient refuses the delivery

3.2. Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3.3. Refund Timeframe:

Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

4. Exchanges

4.1. Product Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at admin@rosecharmflowers.ae.

5. Cancellations

5.1. Order Cancellations:

Cancellations are accepted within 30 minutes of placing your order.

If your order is prepared by the team, then cancellation is not possible. Depending on the value of the product Rose Charms team will decide whether it's possible to cancel the order or not.

All orders will be billed in AED. Rose Charms regularly updates prices in other listed currencies, though these conversions are approximations. We are not liable for any currency conversion discrepancies or charges imposed by your financial institution. For the most precise pricing, kindly consult the AED currency option.
