How do I place my order?
Ordering at Rose Charms is as easy as ABC. Firstly, choose your favorite product, select the city, and the date, and click ‘add to cart’. Next, enter your email address and complete the order form. Lastly, proceed with the payment and voila, your order has been placed successfully.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Before 24 hours of the time of delivery, you can change the details of your order by sending us an email to admin@rosecharmflowers.ae or give us a call at +971-52-619-1340. Please note that this feature isn't available for same-day delivery orders.
Can I have my flower order delivered today?
Yes, we can certainly have your order delivered today if you order before 9 PM GST and choose our same-day flower delivery service.
How will I know my order has been delivered?
Once your order is delivered successfully, we will send you a confirmation email. You can also track your order status at all times via the link provided using your order number.
Are there any charges for same-day delivery?
For your last-minute/same-day orders, we offer standard, express, and midnight delivery which costs 30 AED, 50 AED, and 80 AED respectively.
Is there any minimum value on an order?
No, there is no fixed minimum value for the order and we deliver all flowers, displayed on our website.
Can I request anonymous delivery?
Yes! Once you have placed your order, we'll ensure your name doesn't show up on any accompanying documents. If the recipient inquires about the sender, we won't disclose your identity unless you instruct us otherwise. Do keep in mind that if the recipient declines the gift, it will be returned to us, and no refunds will be issued
What happens in the case the recipient is not available during the time of delivery?
If the recipient isn't available during delivery, we'll contact the sender. A second attempt will be made on the same day or the next business day. After that, the order is considered delivered.
Do you send the exact flower bouquet as displayed in the pictures?
We make every effort to closely match orders to the product photos and descriptions. However, due to seasonal variations, some flower varieties might not be available at times. Do note that we strive for perfection, promising efforts to match colors and shapes and ensuring your order meets the highest standards.
What information is essential for delivery and how does Rose Charms handle incomplete addresses?
Generally, providing a full delivery address is necessary. Yet, if the recipient's telephone is working, we'll reach out to them and make every effort to gather the required delivery address.
Do you contact the recipient before making the delivery?
Yes! We always call recipients before delivery to verify the address and check if they're available to receive the gift.
